Lawn Mowing/Premium Cut
Premium cut includes mowing, trimming, sidewalk/surface area blowing/cleanup.
Servicing every 5 - 10 days unless otherwise specified. Annual contract typically includes 24 cuts per season.
Fertilization/Weed Control
High quality, granular-based program consists of:
Application #1 - Crabgrass / Spring Fertilizer (March - April)
Application #2 - Spring Fertilizer / Weed Control (April - May)
Application #3 - Early Summer Fertilizer / Weed Control (May - June)
Application #4 - Summer Fertilizer / Weed Control (July - August)
Application #5 - Fall Fertilizer / Weed Control (September - October)

Is highly recommended for lawns in our area and is typically performed in Spring and Fall.
Shrub/Bush Trimming/Tree Pruning

Seeding/Sodding/Soil Restoration/Grub Damage

Landscaping
Services offered under category include mulching, bed creation, border/paver work, plant/bush/shrub installation and removal, etc. Estimated on an individual basis. Timing and frequency dependent upon client need.
Spring & Fall Cleanups
Estimated on an individual basis. Timing and frequency dependent upon client need.
Snow Removal
Services offered under category include snow plowing, sidewalk/stoops and salting. Program can be tailored to client needs including snowfall minimum (in inches), include or exclude sidewalks/stoops and/or salting. Estimated on an individual basis. Timing and frequency dependent upon client need.
Interior Residential Painting
Painting services available during winter months (typically in December, January and February). We're proud to offer this professional service to both current and new clients but please note appointments fill fast and our scheduling is dictated around our snow removal.
* Lawn Mowing / Premium Cut; Fertilization / Weed Control and Aerating on annual contracts will be invoiced at the end of the month that services are performed. All other services are due upon completion. Acceptable payment forms include cash, check, money order and/or any major credit card. Ask about our prepay discounts on annual contracts. Invoices outstanding after 10 days of invoice date are subject to a 10.5% monthly finance charge.
